The Staff

Our teachers are professionals with extensive experience. They dedicate themselves with passion to lessons, they research for new recipes,  study traditional cooking, exchange information about new food preparation techniques.

Students learn a lot because we are a small, genuine cooking school where they can learn with great cooks who are also excellent in teaching cooking to both Italian and foreign students.
