The desserts

Even if not specialized in pastry, every cook has to do various desserts. The course will prepare desserts, like Crème Caramel, the Crema Catalana, the chocolate mousse. To provide the ability to create original decorations, some challenges are unique to the caramel and the preparation of the delicate structures that can be created with molten sugar.
